Pros
- Excellent working environment (sit/stand desks, multiple monitors, anything you need to work comfortably is made available to you)
- Coffee and snacks made available
- Fun contests that create a bit of friendly competition
- A commission structure that is unheard of; the earning potential is great
- I truly feel like I'm treated like family here! If something comes up at home, my manager is extremely accommodating
- We have fun here! There is a ping pong table, we have a ton of laughs and gatherings, beer o'clock, etc.
- Managers that listen to you and your feedback!
- There are probably more things I'm forgetting
Cons
- Going through some growing pains. They're still figuring out who fits where and where they want to go and that means there are a lot of changes that come up. The changes aren't all bad, but you do need to be able to adapt if you're working here.
- Need to hire some more team members to fill some gaps
