Pros
The company is big around providing great customer service and we were encourage to get to know customers and even allowed to give customers with free meals if they didn't have a good experience. My store manager was very caring and understanding when you make a mistake. She would encourage me to do better. All managers and employees were very friendly
Cons
Some customers didn't speak English very much and would be on their phone when ordering which it was extremely hard to understand them. I had to move from New York, so I had to quit.
