      flexible working hours and this is the only pro

      Cons

      - uneducated team leader that doesn't supposed to be a team lead anymore - many of the employees don't come from engineering background and that make very large gap in work understandings - management is very poor and is done by relationships -no learning/career path -very low compensation -no spirit

      Pros

      This is the best team to work with (Engineering team) Talented, cooperative and nice From teamwork or technical perspective.

      Cons

      Pressure pressure pressure all the way, the company is scaling quickly with tons of new requirements/changes which puts so much load on engineers especially newcomers to get introduced to the large system + add new features But to be honest, the management tries multiple strategies to fix that
