We work so hard and then in return what we get is peanuts especially during the tough times of COVID.
The list is quite long. To start with,
*India Management - Worse ever. They will just fool you about good salary numbers.
*The salary hikes that they do is unbelievable. You feel like cheated badly.
*On the name of Covid earlier, they did not give any salary hikes and after 2 years now they have given same percentage across whole company, some kind of joke.
(not sure if I can mention the percentage due to glassdoor policy).
*UK staff and India staff same percentage? Like seriously? So biased decisions higher management takes, dirty politics. UK higher management is WORSE.. they want India team leaders to announce the decision of the salary hikes and they themselves don't want to come and confront? Divide and RULE..they play behind the bars..
*Even big MNCs give better hike than this, why should we work over here then.
*On the name of coding they will just ask you to do release management.
*There is not a single person in the India office whom you can go and talk or discuss our issues. I am done with this company now.
If you are planning to join this company or reading this, please don't do, it will be your biggest mistake of life. These people just know to play with people's career.
