      co-workers, located. Next to Metro easy travel.

      Cons

      Negative Management re-enforcement. Never seen how much a place can be so bitter and raciest all in one. The most un-experienced are promoted to Management Levels. Expected to give all your Personal time and affect your LIFE for a Company that provides little benefits and Salary. Never felt so unappreciated and under valued in my life until i worked here.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, good pay and insurance. The remote aspect is nice with no micromanagement. Work is easy and training is thorough.

      Cons

      No real upward movement, only false promises of growth. Constant layoffs, they will tell you to your face that your job is secure and there is nothing to worry about out, until they decide otherwise and lay you off.
