Pros
CFO is what holds the company together. Intelligent visionary with remarkable insight. Well funded. Great sponsors.
Cons
Unable to attract the very best and brightest in the race industry. Has had numerous people on the payroll who excelled elsewhere (drivers, crew chiefs, engineers, marketing, sponsor relations). Majority stockholder pouring money into a team that can't get beyond average. Championship synergy is simply not there. Person responsible for business development has cost the company a lot in lost opportunity due to bad decisions, nascar fines and lawsuits. Cost cutting in 2014 was significant to stem the red ink. Michael is just a figurehead cheerleader - no real substance. Toyota won't wait much longer.
