Pros
A couple of the managers are very nice and knowledgable and no one asks you to do anything new or extravagant.
Cons
- It is a highly top heavy company where the number of VP's equal to number of employees. - VP's like to flaunt their successful business counters with customers but has not yet sold anything - Higher management has no idea what's going on, no technical skills, no personal skills, no leadership skills - Company culture is highly political, literally dog eat dog world - Constant hacks are made for a good performance during customer demos - non competitive wages, when you seek for wage adjustments, it's viewed as a threat - peers are egotistic and difficult to work with - lack of knowledge overall and unwilling to learn - growth is extremely limited as there are no resources or opportunities for it - future is grim - VP's are hardly in the office to notice anything or they simply do not care
