      Pros

      Had a good vision of future (product and vision related)

      Cons

      Had myself 7 managers in 18 months, with only one (who was a substitute) who really did a manager job. Had a critical role but nobody never tried to understand what it was about. All company management changed in 2021 and early 2022, since then this company is worth nothing.

      A lot of teams made by nice people, some project were quite interesting.
