Pros

The pros of working here are limited. One is when you are eventually let go or decide to move on. I was so ashamed of working here that I didn't even put it on my resume or CV.

Cons

The label narcissist is used loosely these days, typically to indicate anyone who is vain and selfish, but the true personality disorder and its traits run much deeper, and carry long-term debilitating effects for those involved with such people. This is the best way to summarize Mobimanage, however. If you have worked here, you will likely feel more like an object to be used and manipulated in order to meet the CEO’s unrealistic goals or needs, whether those are real or flat out lies. One eventually realizes the CEO does not value you as a professional and that employees are there because they are very young or just need the money. It is a heart-breaking discovery to eventually realize you have been conned or duped by the CEO to work at Mobimanage. Below I'm offering you a checklist demonstrating the devastating traits of the company and leadership there. 1. When something goes wrong, the CEO blames everyone but himself. 2. CEO refuses to be accountable for his or her bad behavior (ex: screaming, shaming, gas-lighting, drug & alcohol use, etc.) 3. CEO believes he is always right. 4. CEO is unable to tune in to your professional feelings or opinions. 5. Leadership is out of touch with his own feelings and denies them. 6. CEO carries grudges against current and former clients and employees. 7. CEO is unwilling to listen to you and to hear your concerns. 8. CEO is constantly telling you what to do. 9. Overall culture makes you feel “not good enough”. CEO’s constant put-downs causes you to internalize his regular failures. 10. CEO is open that no one is to be friends with each other, especially with him. 11. CEO feels the need to go on and on about how great he is and how pathetic you are. 12. CEO regularly lies about past achievements, to new and current clients and, to new and current employees. 13. CEO manipulates as a management style. 14. CEO tells different people different stories about the same event, spinning the story so that he looks good. 15. Employees protect themselves by not sharing their feelings with anyone. 16. CEO mistrusts everyone, no matter what. 17. Employees are constantly trying to gain CEO’s approval, as the CEO has labeled himself as a current industry leader, although his business is regularly failing and he purchased this company just 4-years ago and lies about his college degrees. 18. CEO spends minimal time with the employee. 19. Family and friends of employees regularly question why the employee is working there because of the negative culture and day-to-day activities. 20. CEO takes advantage of employees by demanding they use their own smart phones and laptops, requiring evening and weekend work regularly. 21. CEO is all about power and control, pursuing power at all costs and ruining the reputation of his employees. 22. CEO is all about image and how things look to others, at all costs. 23. CEO has no value system, no fixed idea of right and wrong for his behavior and often questionable decision making skills. 24. After employees leave, CEO exploits you to better his image, no matter the lie he is making. CEO has inability to calm down whatsoever and sends questionable messages to former employees. 25. When you try to discuss your work issues with CEO, he changes the subject so that you end up talking about his issues. 26. CEO is oddly jealous of everyone and lacks empathy and mindfulness. 27. CEO consistently questions your loyalty if you do not work nights or weekends. 28. CEO only does considerate things for you only when clients are around to witness that good behavior. Behind closed doors he belittles and devalues everyone, even perspective clients. 29. When something difficult happens in your life (for instance, an accident, illness, a divorce in your family or circle of friends), CEO reacts with immediate concern about how it will affect him rather than with concern for you. 30. CEO is overly conscious of what others think. 31. Employees feel used by CEO. 32. CEO is critical and judgmental of everyone. 33. CEO acts as if the world should revolve around him. 34. CEO appears phony to employees and lacks depth of moral character. 35. CEO swings from grandiosity to a depressed mood with in the same hour, often throughout the same day. 36. CEO tries to compete with employees within unrealistic venues, often flashing money and a life of questionable behavior. 37. CEO always has to have things his way, even with clients. CEO of the company has whimsical sense of humor and volatile decision making skills, which changes every week based on their judgement. CEO openly uses illicit drugs and regularly drinks during work day. At best, CEO is a mediocre businessman with inherited family money that he spends haphazardly. Has to fire people because he is out of control with his spending and ability to make quality decisions.

Pros

- Occasional Happy Hour with co-workers - Great Location - Loved the Design team & Developers (What's left of them)

Cons

- The pay is joke! They will try talking you into lower pay by saying you will learn so much and make is seem like this position is so desirable (Don't fall for it). They under pay everyone and tried getting away with not paying over time to their employees for months They have fired people and didn't pay them commission on deals they closed and earned. - The health benefits are horrible - Management is dysfunctional, they yell and argue constantly. There is no loyalty here and they will dispose of anyone. They also like to throw each other under the bus behind each others backs (Owner & CFO) - Overwork employees - The owner "Doug" talks down to everyone and treats them like they are stupid. - Can't meet deadlines cause they don't have enough help - Toxic environment that starts with the management If you are considering working here, my advice is don't waste your time! You'd be happier some where else.

Pros

Company has a vision but does not have the resources, money nor the management skills to get there. Excellent design team and great developers!

Cons

- Under staffed. Works employees after hours and on weekends consistently. - Sells products they don't have and scrambles to build what was sold - consistently misses deadlines due to lack of recourses, poor management, poor process in place and over promising products and timelines to customers. - management points fingers to the employees and does not take any blame - over works ALL employees and expects them to work around the clock and on weekends. Salary employees are not compensated for their overtime in any way. - Sells BS to the employees and customers - timelines are unrealistic and management refuses to listen - management has no boundaries and will call you in the evening and weekend and micro manages every department. - customers consistently complain. Environment here is negative and stressful. - stay away from this company. It's not worth your time. - They will hire you if you are easily controlled - management is referred to as the owner of the company, Doug Ralston.
