Dismissive and Rigid Management: There is a major issue with leadership decision-making. Management operates on a "what we say goes" basis. You can present well-researched business cases, facts, and concrete evidence, but decisions are already predetermined before you are even heard out. Data and employee feedback are entirely disregarded. Severe Lack of Work-Life Balance: The workload expectations are unsustainable. Employees are expected to work extreme hours, resulting in a culture that severely impacts mental health. No amount of compensation makes the burnout worth it. Strategic Mismanagement: There is a noticeable lack of financial discipline from upper management. Budgetary oversight feels poorly managed, with heavy capital being funneled into automated solutions and AI initiatives rather than retaining human talent. HQ Bias and Cliques: The work culture has become heavily fragmented and highly cliquey across different office locations. The main headquarters dominates everything, leaving regional offices feeling isolated and subject to a completely different, less supportive culture. High Turnover and Job Insecurity: Morale is incredibly low, and employee turnover is rapid. The company is actively replacing seasoned employees with automated AI agents, leading to a highly unstable and stressful work environment.
