Talented people, but many of them were already forced to go. Office, but they gonna switch to smaller one as it's already too large for the amount of people stay at the company.
Cons
Company was doing the 1st half of the year really well till the moment new management came without vision, any experience or skills needed. They came without explanation for the change. They started their trip with forcing crucial people go. That is their solution for any situation throughout the whole path. If you think different you must go. If you still want to work in trustful, transparent and agile environment - you must go. If you think there's not enough diversity after change and you say that out lout, you are compelled to go. Any opinion either punished or should go along with management ones. As result all C-level managers, IT-leadership, the whole infra-team are gone literally in a couple of months and company came into permanent and uncontrolled turmoil. Since that all happened, they haven't managed to close any serious IT openings that would make lives those who still in the company any easier and there's big doubts they truly want that. According to situation they came to destroy and they're pretty successful in that.
