Pros

• Creativity: The team encourages “thinking outside of the box” and taking creative approaches toward testing new ideas. • Daily communication: Communication is excellent through daily/weekly emails, chats, and calls. • Growth: I’ve grown in ways I didn’t expect since starting with this team full-time. I attribute that to the ongoing support and encouragement I receive to challenge myself, not be afraid to make mistakes, and set goals for the future. • Innovation: The team constantly looks for ways to improve the platform for everyone – brands, writers, and our team. • Tools: I have access to a broad range of tools to help streamline workflows, stay organized, and improve quality. • Working with writers: Tons of opportunities to connect and work with fantastic writers. • Work-life balance: This is the first company I’ve EVER worked for that values work-life balance. • You’re not “just a number”: In the past, I’ve worked for companies that treated their employees like they were just a number – in other words, they’re replaceable, and it didn’t matter if they liked the job. That’s not the case at all with nDash – you know you’re a valuable part of the team and how much your work is appreciated.

Cons

Because we’re a remote team, we’ve only met “in person” once in the last two years. Working remotely isn’t a con, but I’d love it if we could schedule an annual meet-up as part of our regular routines. I understand that some companies never have meet-ups. So, this isn’t necessarily a suggestion for something we “have to do.” Instead, it would be something nice to do. 😊

Pros

nDash was started by a great bunch of people and has only expanded since then to change the face of content marketing. The platform is a true passion project and it is reflected in the high-caliber brands and writers it attracts. For writers, benefits include: - Not worrying about payments - Having a large pool of quality clients - Open communication with brands - Easy usability - Feeling valued - Timely support

Cons

It can be frustrating to pitch and never hear back. Each pitch takes time to craft and it would be nice to know if it was the pricing or the content that missed the mark. In general, it would be helpful to know if the client was in my price range before submitting a pitch. There is also no way to be "out of office."
