Pros

Nothing much which would come in my mind.

Cons

First of all, introduction to the work was total failure. The work tasks would have required a full-scale introduction and training, but the employer didn't provided it to me. Also when I asked for more training during quiet hours, nobody helped or advised what I could learn. Then secondly, my personal private phone number got leaked to another department and to a customer. I didn't give permission to share my phone number at any time. The company did nothing to solve the leakage, no apology what so ever. Also, the career opportunities and developing oneself are low in long term. If I were a customer, I would highly think about if I would give my personal info to this company.

Pros

-From day one, I’ve received incredible support from my team and colleagues across the company. -Management are genuinely kind, caring, and approachable — they truly look out for their people. -Expectations are clear, fair, and achievable, creating a healthy and motivating work environment. -The company promotes an excellent work–life balance and places strong trust in employees to manage their time. -There’s no sense of micromanagement — you’re trusted to do your job and deliver results in your own way. -Having come from a company I was with for over 10 years, I was initially concerned about stability, but nShift feels solid and future-focused, with encouraging plans ahead. -Employee voices are genuinely heard and valued — feedback is welcomed and often acted upon. -Long-term employees are open and inclusive, valuing the fresh perspectives new joiners bring rather than seeing them as “new.” -As a smaller team compared to my previous employer, there’s a stronger sense of belonging and connection here.

Cons

Honestly, none that I can think of
