Poor work environment, low pay - Anonymous nexgen packaging Employee Review

HORRIBLE office environment, with catty people who do nothing to work together. There is no where to grow within the company, and the managers keep themselves well paid while everyone who does the actual work gets poorly compensated. I could get past that if the company worked hard to build office morale and hire/keep good employees, but they try to pay the least amount possible and let all the good employees slip away. Everyone is just a number.
