- founders are super reachable and easy to talk to. It’s great to learn from them.
- the company thinks a lot on people enjoying and not only working - after offices, lunches, and a lot of social engagement.
- industry-disruptor startup with top notch investors (PayPal, Santander, Pedro Arnt, Olist). If you like crossborder ecommerce, nocnoc is inventing it all. Super innovative, pioneering company in large emerging markets like Brazil and Mexico.
Cons
- Formal process are still under development so if you don’t like chaos, this place might not be fore you.
- they fire fast. If they think this is not a fit, you will leave sooner than later. I’d think this is both a pro and a cons (as if there’s not fit cutting the relationship is the healthiest thing to do) but from an employee perspective I decided to put it here.
