Young, enthusiastic team; ideas get heard no matter where you are in the hierarchy; decent compensation; less strenuous work hours compared to other investment banks; given a lot of responsibility early on
Cons
The learning curve can be a bit steep sometimes; the partners have their favorites and you can have a tough time in reviews if you aren't one of them; difficult to get through the recruitment process, partly because of the relatively small team
