This place is toxic, so anyone that cares about their career and mental health - consider yourself warned. The environment there is low-trust and not collaborative. This tone is set from the top down and permeates through the "VP" and Director roles. Many of those in leadership roles are not good people leaders, let alone good leaders of teams of teams. If you've worked anywhere with a halfway healthy or inspirational culture, you'd be in for a big culture shock at this place. Pay is decent, but benefits (all) are lacking compared to other places that offer the same cash comp. IPO is perpetually just around the corner, so get ready to grind and survive in a toxic culture to get to that pot of coins..
