      I have been with the org for past 3+ years and it has been amazing Journey here Things I love the most - Great leadership support and Team collaboration - Allows you to take ownership and growth visibility - opportunity to work on the latest tools and exploring - employee friendly environment with young mindset - decent employee benefits - flexibility

      Cons

      Since, company is growing, I believe that there is always a room to improve and grow. So far happy with whatever company is offering.

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
