Pros
Office is spacious and located in the financial district. Coworkers are nice, hard working, and have a lot of respect towards each other.
Cons
Impulsive management/development decisions. Doesn't really listen to employees, treating them as consumables. Everyone tosses work around, no one tries to take responsibility. Clings on to legacy tools/SW, hates using "new stuff". Ignorant to technical debt, extremely miopic, no thought towards consequences. Stingy employee benefits, and even stingier when it comes to hardware purchases.
