      Also wie in der Überschrift erklärt ist das Tech Stack wirklich einzigartig. Denke in Hamburg nichts vergleichbares mit über 80 Microservices zu finden. Das CI / CD läuft in Minuten. Kann man nix sagen.

      Cons

      Das Team ist unglaublich fordernd. Es ist keine Seltenheit, dass ich auch bis Abends noch mein Tagesziel erfüllt habe. Die Herausforderung ist schon gross und man sollte sich genau so etwas für seinen Lebensabschnitt wünschen.

      Pros

      I've been in payever for a while already and the company has gone through a significant transition. Before there was a lot of turnover and now we are really only looking for people who burn for what they do. Hiring has become much more selective than in in the past and the interview process is tougher, but at least now we are hiring people that really fit in with the culture.

      Cons

      At times the amount of work is overwhelming.
