I have never been disrespected on a daily basis by management the way I was while employed with Philosophy during the past 3 years. The work environment was stressful and hostile on a daily basis. There are no decent processes in place to help you do your job efficiently. The company is experiencing huge growing pains after being bought out by an international mega-brand corporation. I would not doubt that the phoenix office will be no more in 2 yrs or less.
