Shady business practices In the fine print on their “contract” they stipulate that a customer must cancel 7 days before the contract end date if they don’t want to renew. Of course no one does this. They rip off customers by charging their cards , then once a customer sees that a years subscription is renewed , they frequently contact us to ask for refund & close their account. Ranking coach will refuse and keep all the money ! Very poor business practices Who would want to work at a place that rips off innocent people ? Not me
