- Every day chaos. - Lack of ownership from the team members. - Micromanagement is the rule, leadership team is involved in every single decision made. -They don´t know how an agile team should be built. -Lack of clear roles and responsibilities, everybody does everything. -Lack of product ownership, account and project management people making technical and creative decisions. -Clients do not trust the teams, they need one or more status meetings per day in order to make sure they feel confident with the work.
