Horrible work environment with chaotic management - Production Manager realworld one Employee Review

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Key employees have left, and the company is collapsing. CEO (Pascal Stiegelmann) has clearly expressed his intention to compensate the fact that the projects are not profitable by insane overwork hours. You will be expected to not have personal life, work any time of the day, evenings, weekends. Things are very chaotic and the athmosphere is horrible since the CEO is malicious and nearly sadistic, this then pours down as stress and pressure downwards, creating a really hostile and stressful work environment. CAN'T STATE THIS CLEARLY ENOUGH, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
