Pros
Very fast-paced environment with many opportunities to grow and learn. I like that I'm trusted to own my projects and given full autonomy over my day-to-day. This, however, means that people need to be proactive in their role to really succeed and advance in their career. It's also one of the best teams I've had the chance to work with, from the Customer Support team to Management, everyone is really nice and works together to accomplish goals. Lastly, there is a ton of flexibility in schedule which is an added benefit that is hard to find these days. The location of the office is one of the best in Barcelona city center. So far, I am very happy to have joined this team.
Cons
Rubiko is growing rather quickly, which means there are many changes happening that are meant to help the company keep up with its growth. Change is never easy though so it does takes some patience and effort from everyone from Management to Customer Support Reps.
