5yThank you, for taking the time to review our company. We are an organisation that puts our employees first. We ensure we do what is right for our employees and therefore, solicit employee feedback, regularly.
However, we would like to take this opportunity to point out that we are extremely focused on our employees and try to retain every employee who is a part of the sa.global family. This year, even though there was a delay in rolling out the merit letters, the appraisals were effective on 01 Jan 2020, and the arrears were paid to all.
The appraisal ratings were individually communicated to the employees, in the same month and standard industry practice, based on individual performance, was followed during the appraisal period.
At sa.global, we pay extra attention to hiring the right person for every role. Hence, our recruitment process comprises of interview rounds with at least three panelists. Sometimes, even more, when we hire for senior positions.
As a global organization that is focused on great employee experiences, our townhall meetings are conducted to keep employees informed of everything that is happening in the organisation and to get each one's feedback. We believe that the only way to gain and keep the trust of our employees is to be open and transparent about our business. Hence, open forums like the townhall meetings are essential for employees to voice their opinions, concerns and feedback.
