Pros
There is an honest family environment where you feel you are cared for and appreciated. You feel like your daily efforts are really going to make the company better and that you have all the room you need to move up. Your voice is heard and not just overruled like with many other companies. Techs are regularly provided with training to better themselves.
Cons
The main con for me personally is that quite a bit of our work is out of the area and requires travel. I have done quite a bit of travel in my career so travel is not something I enjoy. But the company is very willing to work around your preferences and needs on this subject.
