Pros
The company's environment is solid, you can reach out to basically anyone in the company, including the CEO if you want to. Remote employees are no different from people working in their actual offices, you don't feel less or not part of the company. This is a hard thing to achieve and Scandiweb does this in a really impressive way. The company cares about their new employees. You feel that you actually matter to the company and they do their best to help you out and make you feel comfortable with your job. Flexible working hours are real. So many other things that I can say, that I may sound like someone trying really hard to make the company look good.
Cons
Low initial salary. Let me address the elephant in the room, the initial salary is low, no point in denying that. But, if you think that the company accepts people with 0 previous experience and they really help you out along your journey and understand any difficulties you may(and will) have, this is not a big deal. Also, you can ask for a salary revision after your probation period. The low salary may not work for some countries though. Magento. Scandiweb's main thing is Magento, there is no denying that and I really like how the company tries so hard to be amongst the best regarding Magento, but let's be real, Magento sucks. At least for developers, not the product itself. Developing in Magento sucks. And you'll probably work with magento sooner or later.
