- Extremely heavy workload - Barely enough time to anything but the bare minimum - Poor culture & favouritism - No actionable goals for growth - Lacks transparency & communication between management and team members - Underpaid

Pros

The company culture at seoplus+ is the best of anywhere I've ever worked - The people are super nice and welcoming, and the company is very flexible and understanding. It's not competitive, like you might expect at a marketing agency. Rather, it's a bunch of people getting together every day to have fun and get work done for clients.

Cons

No downsides, the work is great, and the company is flexible. The only wish I could ever have would be a true 'work from anywhere' policy that extended beyond Canadian borders, but the hybrid policy is almost perfect as it is, and works well for everyone.
