The fluctuation rate at this company is 90% at all locations. Everyone on any teams has been there for less a year – Except for 20 ppl. Those 20 people are the bad apples of the company Every comes and goes Senior management sucks, they don’t talk to any junior employees, single sided conversations Company has been running in lose past two years, if your CEO friend you will get all the recruiting contracts and he will Hire interns at VP level. NO connection between India, Germany and US Board doesn’t review expenses No work location in NY – they work from a co-workstation space and home The last 10 reviews has been written by HR team – I know this because I wrote 2 of them lol
