poor company - Java Developer sourcePEP Employee Review

We can learn here if they give java development task otherwise we have to work on like data entry, posting or or any thing non technical task.

They pay very less salary even employer can not full-fill there monthly expenditure and even they deduct employer salary due to his/her delay in task. Hr and Boss, They just bother to employees and give the warning of the termination No annual trip or any function/festival celebration only work work...... and work with a lots of pressure No job security

I m working with this company from last three month as java developer. It is good company for beginner we will learn altos of new things and technology here I have learned here, spring MVC, MongoDB and basic elastic search itself.

Less salary, no more growth on salary increment, don't have experience employees so everything should learn from yourself.
