used and abuse by mgmt - Event Staffing Lead stichd Employee Review

Made redundant 1 month after buying a house, after being promised by mgmt it was not being considered, i was headhunted, used to set up a global operation then dumped when they spent too much money fixing issues caused by senior mgmt. Did not listen to expertise and i was given disciplinary for challenging assumptions, expectation is you do not challenge, even when it is part of your job to do so.
