Pros
• They had a great team, with incredibly talented members of staff • Great working culture within certain teams
Cons
* Lack of transparency throughout the SLT. Although claims of an ‘open door policy’ any issue brought was met with real resistance and you were made to feel the problem * New services and offerings created that fly in the face of what clients actually want but are what certain people in the agency want to be doing themselves * There’s no consistency on what clients will be getting so no ability for anyone to sell in services effectively * Communication was poor - new products were released, frameworks changed with no training or attempt to bring the wider team up to speed * There was a big problem with EGOs with many of the SLT believing they were ‘bigger’ than the agency and completely disrespecting other team members * Lack of progression * Perks were non existent and limited to ‘we offer perkbox points’ * No sense of loyalty from the SLT to staff members * No agency growth, the internal attitude is to churn 'problem' clients rather than encourage building relationships
