Very strong Leadership Team and Founder CEO driving next evolution of the product. Business is extremely well run and on strong financial footing - Rule of 40. Exceptional customer base (56% of Fortune 100) and exceptional culture. A rare combination in a SaaS business in 2025.

Cons

Many SaaS businesses have faced headwinds in 2025. For Supplier.io those headwinds have been exacerbated by shifts in the political climate. However, the business has a clear and structured plan to meet those challenges with product innovation and a strong go-to-market plan.

Pros

Breath of fresh air to work with so many people who truly care about each other and the work we all do. After leaving a toxic culture, this is such a challenging yet rewarding environment. Leadership is transparent and seems to really care about the well-being of the team.

Cons

Typical growing pains as the company scales but nothing I would call out as a real "con"

Good product in a niche industry Good leadership

Cons

No training, expected to dial in 3 days. Leadership is experienced but high sales team turnover due to leadership letting people go constantly. I’ve seen people getting fired or have had vp of sales threaten us to “replace us” over any minor issue.
