The team at tab32 is full of smart, passionate individuals who genuinely care about building a great product. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie among coworkers, and many people go above and beyond despite the challenges.

The biggest issue at tab32 is the CEO. There is little to no adherence to a clear product roadmap, and priorities change frequently based on whims rather than strategy or customer feedback. This creates a chaotic environment for the product and engineering teams, who often find themselves reworking things unnecessarily or shifting direction mid-project. It’s frustrating to watch capable employees and promising ideas get lost in the noise due to a lack of vision at the top.
