Great company culture. Very much made to feel part of the company. Can speak to anyone, regardless of role / seniority - very inclusive.

Cons

Some customers are demanding and it can be hard work - but rewarding though.

Pros

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

Cons

Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
