Amazing leadership and growth opportunities for people starting out in their careers. I worked with lots of folks across 5 different locations and made great connections. I genuinely enjoyed the work, the brand and am still in contact with leaders and teammates from years ago. Management was professional and responsive to employee issues.

Staff was mostly amazing, but it is the restaurant industry so turnover can sometimes be high and some new hires turn out to not be great. I think growth at the higher level might be more difficult, but there are different roles within the company.
