8yI'm sorry that you had a bad experience with test IO. I can assure you that while not every test cycle runs as smoothly as we would like, as a growing global company we are working hard to fix the issues -- particularly by having more project leads across compatible time zones.
We really do want to pay you! We will not succeed in developing long-term relationships with our tester community if it's not a good deal for testers.
