      Favoritism exhibited from Leadership. Script for guest interactions leaves 0 flexibility for personalities to shine. No work life balance, LEGO is to be your life. It's very much a clique. Promotions are not granted fairly.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
