Pros
Awesome work environment with really passionate employees. Yearly bonuses and pay raises across the board depending on not only how the store does but how you do personally as far as mystery shops and customer service surveys. Working with excited children everyday!
Cons
Not a place for people who don't like kids or don't like hard work. You have to be able to friendly and helpful to not only children but to the parents of bratty children, so you need a certain amount of patience to work the floor.
