- You are mostly treated as a Full-Time employee (not regarding work nor responsibilities)
Cons
- As a student worker, the hours aren't as flexible as advertised, depending on your team you usually get to move your hours around as needed if your schedule changes. But no working weekends, which is both a blessing and a curse.
- The pay itself seems lower than other companies pay IT student workers (there is a weird bonus at the end of the year that is ambiguous in nature making it hard to calculate how much you're actually getting paid)

Cons
Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work
High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work
Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
