      Lego is one of the best workplaces to work with plenty of opportunities to build a successful career. There is a considerable level of flexibility and the managers are open to new ideas.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between the multiple departments of the company which is evident with projects were multiple departments are involved.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
