Pros

Clear and well-defined, well-executed fidelity to customer experience. Frequent opportunities to learn and become engrossed in the products. Extremely high regard for employee safety, comfort, and growth. Frequent opportunities to provide feedback for positive or negative work processes. Self-rewarding environment promoting a fun, cheerful workplace for employees, resulting in happy, frequent customers. Good pay for the nature of the work. Weekly pay. Employee discount opportunities. Flexible scheduling. Retirement contributions.

Cons

No opportunity for growth into other sections of the LEGO Group. Requiring a fully-open schedule for part timers. No benefits for part-time employees, even if they are required to have full availability. Very few full-time positions on location, with no opportunity for full-time employment save for occupying an abandoned full-time position.

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
