Pros
The people there are nice; I will give them that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, save the supervisor who was wholly unavailable.
Cons
They tell you when you come on that the base employee gets about $50k/year, that is just not true. I was on track to make about $7200 for a year of working full time. They also pay you by the minute of support given, with a huge list of modifiers (things like being available 40+ hours a week, not missing any calls, etc.) that affect your salary, but in the end, they just give you a paycheck stub with an arbitrary amount of money on it. They don't offer to break down how your salary works out, or even how much support you provided. After I had asked my "supervisor" about it, I was told that it was just how they do things.
