      Very great place to work. They have very good quality system n processes

      Cons

      Is very choosy in taking projects...they focus highly on projects that seem to follow good practice in technical, ethics and compliance

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
