      Homely atmosphere, Paternal culture - has its own pros and cons. Able to get work because of the past records.

      Cons

      Strong dependency and control from parent company. Very conservative and risk averse.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
