      Nice office & supportive colleagues: cooperation is fluent.

      Cons

      Salary 10-20% less than competitive. Workload is very hectic between teams/parts of the company.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
