The wives and brothers of the bosses hold managerial positions in the company despite their insufficient knowledge. The company is governed entirely by a policy of oppression and fear. Management takes the pain of its own incompetence from its employees. In short, if you want to focus on your career, improve yourself, and protect your mental health, stay away from here. Definitely a company I would not recommend.
