Managers stand over you breathing on you as you work, it's a whole other level of micro management and certainly abuse in some cases
You have no capacity to influence change no one cares what you think or what value you can bring
Team leaders have it as bad if not worse cause the culture is one of bullying and fear
You will never be valued by TP delivering an 11th hour project will be met with more ludicrous demands not thanks
Hours are LONG, there's no process you just harrass translators to accept minimal pay and nag other project managers to proofread for you
There is no such thing as saying no to a job you need to absorb the stress and stay as late as it takes to beg someone (qualified or not) to take your job and you will be dragged over the coals if there's any errors in the job
Salary is so much lower than any competitor and you do not learn about processes or quality which are key for any "real" job
Office is a sweat box and turnover is very high
