      Cons

      The salary in their offer includes stock options, which are not liquid or redeemable. To make workforce cheap they hire a hundred of interns, and let other people go just the day probation ends to avoid paying promised probation bonus. To do so they prepare grounds from the day 1, underrating your performance and stressing you out.
